foie gras. I know there's controversy-but we simply ignored that and went for it. Amy had it on her list of life to do's. Our waiter was lovely enough to show us how to eat it. Annnnnnd I'm pretty sure he could have been in the cast of 3 men & a baby. Like it should have been called 4 men & a baby. This guy would have been that 4th man.
